Using only the top quality Spa brand, Vanira Italwax. The wax effectively removes short previously shaved hairs, and the aromatic oil protects and moisturises delicate skin during the procedure which ensures the smoothness and softness of the skin after your wax. I use the Sandal wood range which creates a relaxing scent during your treatment. Let’s face it, we need some of that relaxation when we go for our waxes don’t we ladies!

I begin all waxing treatments with a little chat before hand to make sure we are doing the correct wax for you. Many clients get a little confused with the different variations of waxes, so it’s a chance to make you feel you are going to be leaving with the wax you required. You can also request any music that makes you feel at your most comfort or like most, have a good old chat with me! All waxes begin with a cleanse of the area and a soothing cream for after. Towels & wet wipes are provided, therefore, you do not need to bring anything to your appointment.

At least half an inch of hair length is required. After shaving, give your hair at least two weeks to grow. Before waxing, there is no need to trim. Ideally you should also exfoliate 2 days before your wax. It is advised that you stop taking your retinol products seven to ten days prior to your planned visit. You should also avoid using glycollic acid and lactic acid about five days beforehand.

Waxing should ideally be carried out every 4-6 weeks. Everyone is different so after your initial wax we can keep in contact to work out what is the best duration for you. It is important to train your hairs into a waxing cycle for the first three sessions (every 4 weeks) as this will ensure all hairs are removed and re grow at the same time. This means the complete hair removal at your appointment leaving your skin silky smooth and hair free and resulting in the benefits of intimate waxing.
“The only place I’ve ever gotten a wax, and I keep going back. Chrystal is such a welcoming therapist who makes me feel so relaxed even when waxing is not the most enjoyable experience. Also my eyebrows stay laminated longer than anywhere else I’ve ever been. 10/10 all round.”
